We were not aware of the requirement to file our Form 990 electronically so for this Fiscal Year beginning September 1, 2019 we submitted our Form 990 via US Mail on December 21,2020 and it was received by the Ogden, UT office on Dec 28,2020. We received a rejection notice #0422626892 on April 5,2021 stating that Form 990's must be filed electronically. Therefore we are submitting the Form 990 as soon as we could find a service bureau to help with this process.
