What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To give recognition and improved standing for the landmen engaged in all matters affecting the mineral and energy industries in addition to educating its members and promoting the growth and development of the association.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The association hosted numerous networking and educational events througout the year. It also recognized deserving landmen in bakersfield, california. Due to covid-19, BPAL was unable to hold the spring golf tournament to benefit the bakersfield homeless center; however, was still able to donate $2,050 to the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter in December 2020. The association distributed newsletters and is working to develop a website to better serve the members of the association.
