THESE OFFICERS ARE OFTEN UNFAMILIAR WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. ONCE THE CURRENT AND NEWLY ELECTED TREASURER DISCOVERED THAT THE PREVIOUS OFFICE HOLDER HAD NOT FILED THE 2019 RETURN, PROMPT ACTION WAS TAKEN TO FILE THE RETURN IN QUESTION.
