| Form 990, Part III | On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The outbreak has spread globally and has led governments and other authorities to impose measures intended to reduce its spread, including restrictions on freedom of movement and business operations such as travel bans, border closings, business limitations and closures, quarantines and shelter in place orders. The College expects that the global COVID-19 pandemic will have a continuing but uncertain impact on its operations in the short and medium-term that may negatively affect its results of operations, financial condition and cash flows and are dependent on future developments that are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted, including the scope and duration of the pandemic and actions taken by governmental authorities and other third parties in response to the pandemic. |
