ALSO WORKING CLOSELY WITH OUR FUNDERS AND UTILIZING OTHER FINANCIAL RESOURCES LIKE THE PAYROLL PROTECTION PROGRAM, ACCESSMATTERS WAS ABLE TO RETAIN STAFF POSITONS THROUGHOUT 2020. OUR STAFF SUPPORTED THE HEALTH CARE NETWORKS WITH WHOM WE PARTNER TO ASSESS STRATEGIES FOR CARE CONTINUITY WHILE ENSURING CLIENT SAFETY. IN TIME, OUR PROVIDERS WERE ALL ABLE TO MANAGE TRANSITIONS TO HYBRID AND TELEHEALTH CARE DELIVERY. OUR OWN DIRECT SERVICE STAFF HAD TO ADAPT THEIR PRACTICES TO REMOTE AND VIRTUAL SUPPORT DURING 2020, FOR EXAMPLE, OUR HIV TESTING TEAM PIVOTING TO OFFERING VIRTUAL SUPPORT FOR AT-HOME TESTING AND OUR TRAINING TEAM PIVOTED ITS TRAINING PORTFOLIO TO A FULLY VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT. THESE CHANGES HELPED ACCESSMATTERS TO CONTINUE PROVIDING QUALITY CARE TO OUR NETWORKS AND CLIENTS THROUGHOUT 2020. |
