Part X, Line 2:	The Association is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and a similar provision of Ohio law. However, the Association is subject to federal income tax on any unrelated business taxable income. The Association's IRS for 990 is subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. The Association is not aware of any activities that would jeopardize its tax exempt status.

The Association is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and a similar provision of Ohio law. However, the Association is subject to federal income tax on any unrelated business taxable income. The Association's IRS for 990 is subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. The Association is not aware of any activities that would jeopardize its tax exempt status.
