VERNON YOUTH SOCCER IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND OPERATED NOT FOR PECUNIARY PROFIT, BUT EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES, TO BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION OF ITS FUNDS AND TO PROMOTE, GOVERN AND TEACH THE GAME OF SOCCER FOR THE RECREATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF VERNON TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY.
