Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	Separate from any participation in the organization, a member-attorney may have a fee sharing agreement with another member attorney was also serving as an officer/director. In the event of a fee sharing agreement, its terms are governed by applicable rules of the State Bar and are subject to privilege thus are held in confidence to the extent required by the disciplinary rules of the State Bar. There is no known or disclosed fee sharing agreement. The position of the organization is: any such business relationship may be made with non--member attorneys as well and do not compromise the integrity of an officer/director. Further, members of the same family have been in this organization. There is no known intra-family relationship among current officers/directors.
