What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? AICC helps companies examine the critical issues affecting a company's long and short term business strategy. We assist US companies do business in Indonesia as well as Indonesian companies in the United States. We host business meetings (seminars, conferences, and other sessions) to educate the public about trade and investment regulations, the Indonesian legal system, the impact of multilateral and bilateral trade agreements. We provide individualized counseling, translations, research, and networking services. We advise governments on policies that promote a fair trading system and the rule of law.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 AICC held 11 online events in 2020 including "New Directions in US Government Trade and Investment Financing with Indonesia", a seminar on Indonesia's groundbreaking Omnibus Jobs Creation Law and programs with senior Indonesian leaders including Coordinating Economic Affairs Minister, Governor of the Central Bank, and the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment. Due to COVID pandemic these events were free and open to the public.

The reason the return is filed late is because of the COVID 19 pandemic we only recently had access to our physical office and the necessary information needed to complete the return.
