Explanation:

Treasurer was given the incorrect filing due date of June 30. In late May it was determined that the date was wrong. Immediately the information for Form 990 was gathered and form prepared. We used another site and efiled and paid for the transmittal on June 4, 2021. As of today, June 22, 2021 the status still shows "TRANSMITTED TO THE IRS". Using this site now hoping for a better/quicker result.
