Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	An annual meeting is held to elect members of the Corporation's board of directors. This board is responsible for the decision making process of the business. At the annual meeting, the members ratify or reject the actions taken by the board of directors. This board of directors meets monthly to review the monthly operations of the Corporation and conduct any other business needed to direct the affairs of the Corporation. These meetings are open to the public to attend.Minutes of all meetings by the board of directors and committees are recorded and are available for public inspection.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	A complete copy of the Form 990 is provided to the governing body for their review and approval prior to filing the return.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The Corporation has a conflict of interest policy that requires board members and officers to disclose relationships with prospective employees, contractors and other entities doing business with or proposing to do business with the Corporation. This policy is monitored on a monthly basis by the Corporation's management and board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The Corporation's governing documents are made available to the members upon request.
