The Global pandemic caused us to curtail all most all activities with the exception of small event that could be socially distance. We did not hold our annual event that bring over 300,000 people to our downtown in a three day period. We also did not hold our monthly meeting in person only held meeting in a virtual form. Our understanding that the filing for the 2020 return was the same as the 2019 return on July 15,2021.
