All decisions, including financial, are brought to and approved by the members at regularly scheduled monthly meetings. Members also elect their governing body of officers at annual elections held in April of each year and at special meetings as the need justifies. Part VI, Line 11a: The governing body, comprised of 8 (eight) elected officers and on conditional office, have reviewed this form in its entirety at a regularly schedule meeting prior to its filing with the IRS Part VI, line 18 & 19: Moose Lodges and units of the fraternal order are private facilities which allow only members and bona fide guests to enter, as provided by our 501(c)8 IRC status and fraternal by-laws.
