Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Key Employee Review - There is one key employee. He is reviewed annually by the board of directors. The board evaluates his job performance and actions from the past year. They meet with him to discuss his overall performance and the boards expectations. The board then determines any compensation increases. Note the key employees salary is below industry standards.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Governing Documents Availability - All governing documents and financial statements are on file at the golf course office. General public is required to submit a written request with board secretary. Board secretary then informs board president and the board of directors of the written request and under most normal circumstances the request is granted.
