What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? It is the mission of Network Delaware Action Inc. (i.e. Network Delaware Action) to leverage citizen-led community empowerment, research analysis, and leadership development to enact lasting socioeconomic change. Network Delaware Action Inc. is building a network of citizen Change Agents in local communities to resolve their own issues. Network Delaware Action Inc. will operate initiatives that equip individuals and groups to tackle challenges in their area (e.g. economic justice, racial justice/racism, community creativity, and youth engagement).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we did not start operations in 2020 as planned. We originally believed we would start 501(c)(4) operations in 2020, however we decided to conduct all operations and activities through Network Delaware a 501(c)(3) instead. COVID-19 limited our volunteer capacity and thus turned in this form late. We will be turning in all future forms on time.
