Footnote for uncertain tax position under FIN 48 (Part X)	The Cemetery is exempt from Federal income taxes under the provisions of Section 501(c)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code and, except for taxes pertaining to unrelated business income, is exempt from federal and state income taxes. No provision has been made for income taxes as the Cemetery has no significant unrelated business taxable income. Management has reviewed the Cemeterys tax positions as of December 31, 2020 and concluded that the Cemetery has no assets or liabilities for net unrecognized tax benefits relating to uncertain tax positions. Additionally, the Cemetery is unaware of any tax positions for which it would be reasonably possible that the total amounts of unrecognized tax assets or liabilities would change significantly in the next twelve months.
