Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is prepared by the Accounting Supervisor and reviewed by the Vice President/CFO and/or President/CEO. The report is not presented to the Board but is made available for review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board performs an annual performance review of the CEO. The board grants the authority to the CEO to set salaries for staff. Salaries are based on salary surveys for peer group credit unions in the region located. Reviews are conducted annually for all employees and raises are based on performance.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Monthly financial statements are posted in the lobby of the credit union. An annual report is provided at the annual membership meeting.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	Assets have increased for loans booked,higher cash balances but lower investments purchased.
