Roosevelt Lake Ranch Water System (RLRWS)has provided reliable high quality and safe water service to all of its members. RLRWS has also embarked on a program to improve water use efficiency as is required by Washington RCW 90.03.015 and WAC 246-290-800. RLRWS operates in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations.

The members of RLRWS have installed water meters that can be read electronically and which detect leaks and back flow preventing valves at all lots in the system. RLRWS has brought its annual water loss rate down to less than 10% by diligent efforts to control leaks.
