	Philadelphia School Advocacy Partners PSAP promotes the social welfare of residents of Pennsylvania by advocating for broader access to high-quality elementary and secondary education. PSAPs ultimate goal is to dramatically increase the percentage of children in Pennsylvania who are enrolled in good schools. To realize this goal, PSAP advocates for policy, regulatory, and resource conditions at both the state and local level that enhance high-achieving schools ability to thrive and grow. Most of PSAPs day-to-day work is communications-related. PSAP develops policy recommendations through research and analysis and then endeavors to communicate those recommendations to key stakeholders such as publicly elected and appointed officials and to the general public.

Form 990, Part I, Line 1	PSAP advocates for equal access stable, adequate and predictable funding effective teachers and leaders entrepreneurially enabled schools and school-based accountability.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The organization has engaged an independent accounting firm to prepare the Federal form 990. The completed form is reviewed by PSAPs Treasurer. The 990 return is shared with the PSAP Board for review and comment. When all comments are cleared, the return is electronically filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All of PSAPs governing documents, financial statements, and policies will be available upon request for the same period of disclosure as set forth in Section 6104D. Requests will be honored within ten 10 business days at no cost to the requester.
