Explanation:

I am a volunteer treasure and since I don't get a notice I simply forgot about it. I farm, supervisor, volunteer firemen, and trustee at a Lutheran church. I was taking care of some cemetery business and also I got a notice from irs that I had to do the ez990 by e-file so that is the first reminder that I forgot to do it. So it is my bad and I guess I am asking for forgiveness and I am set up to e-file now. Thanks Duane
