Each project is tailored to the specific nonprofit organization and its particular learning needs. These needs will be assessed initially but also reassessed and changed as needed throughout the project duration. The emphasis throughout will be on flexibility and creative learning processes.Organizations do not need to get a grant or other funding to engage in these learning processes.
