The purpose of the group is to coordinate employee picnics movies bus trips and other recreational activities. Part VI, Line 6	Members of BWEA Inc. are employees of BorgWarner Morse Systems Inc. Ithaca NY. Members pay an annual membership by cash or check once per year to be a member of this organization. The fee is used to help fund various activities hosted by the BWEA Inc. membership.
Part VI, Line 7a	BWEA Inc. holds annual elections where the members elect three new Directors to replace outgoing directors. Directors are elected to a three year term.
Part VI, Line 11a	The Directors review all bank transactions credit card transactions and financial reports during each monthly meetings. Any questions are addressed before the monthly financial reports are officially accepted by the Board of Directors. The Directors review the year end financial reports and the Form 990 prior to form being submitted. The treasurer provides the completed form to the Board of Directors as requested and address any questions.
