Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a	Partial payment of YMCA dues are provided to every employee including executives. The employee must be a YMCA member to receive this payment of $20 per month per employee.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 3	Compensation for executives is reviewed by the Compensation Committee and verified by a yearly independent salary study. CEO compensation is ratified by the Compensation Committee. Executives' compensation is set by the CEO based upon the yearly independent salary study alluded to above.
