The Organization has one program dedicated to building and growing the brand of TogetherSF, a citywide volunteer network that organized and deployed volunteers to support various communities in San Francisco, primarily around COVID-19. This includes setting up the websites, food delivering, and launching a mutual aid networks. Towards the end 2020, the Organization started developing the plan to launch HereSay media, a local news digital publication. There were several information webinars hosted around pandemic related civic topics such as food insecurity and school reopening.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote The Organization is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from California franchise taxes under similar state provisions. It is the opinion of management that all income earned has been related to the Organization tax-exempt status, and there has been no unrelated business income.The Organization has no assets or liabilities related to uncertain tax positions. The Organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
