	The Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire state members including: condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.WSCAI has 1,700 members representing 650 businesses and managers, and 1,050 homeowners and/or board members of common interest developments (CIDs) representing tens of thousands of households.WSCAI is one of 60 community associations institute chapters in the nation.
