Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 All members of the organization must be a current member of the US military services or past member of the US military services with service during specified periods of time and must provide proof of service for membership. No stockholders exist, only members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a and 11b Form 990 is reviewed and authorized by the Department Adjutant and Finance Officer, and a report is given to the Department Executive Committee at the next scheduled meeting and to members at the annual membership meeting.
