Part VI, Section B, Q 11 b	The Form 990 is made available to the Officers and Board prior to filing. Access is provided electronically. The Form is reviewed in detail and approved by the Treasurer and the Chair of the Finance Committee prior to being signed and filed.
Part VI, Section B, Q 12 b	The Conflict of Interest Policy is posted to the Club's website and is available to all members for review. The Policy is noted and compliance requirements are explained to all new officers and Board members at the first meeting of the year.
Part VI, Section C, Q 19	The Club's Policies, including the Conflict of Interest Policy, the Whistleblower Policy and the Records Retention Policy, are all available to members on the Club's website. Summary financial information is made available to members monthly on the Club website. Copies of the annual Form 990 are made available upon request.
Part VII, Section A	All Officers and Board Members serve without any compensation. They are reimbursed for any costs incurred on behalf of the Club, subject to the Club's receipt of appropriate documentation and a written request for reimbursement. The Club has two 'key employees' - a property manager and a waterfront director. The Officers monitor each key employee's compensation and all compensation is approved by the Officers and Board each year.
Part Xi, Line 9 Other Changes in Net Assets	The Club's Board of Governors sets aside funds in Reserve Accounts (which are included in Ending Net Assets) each year to fund future major maintainence and capital expenditures. During 2019 major maintainence expenditures were charged directly to certain of these Reserve Accounts. The net increase in Net Assets from these net credits to Reserve Accounts totaled $91,038 and were primarily set aside to provide for maintaining the club's docks and clubhouse facilities. In addition, $138,665 was charged directly to Unrestricted Net Assets during the year. Accordingly, the net Other Changes in Net Assets for the year was a decrease of $47,627
