Pt VI, Line 6	Membership is open to all Roman Catholic men aged 18 and over. Dues are established by the various individual local subordinate Councils.

After the end of the Fiscal Year at June 30th, an Audit Committeee made up of members of the order review the Treasurer's Report, reconcile accounts, and complie an Annual Financial Statement. The Audit Committee then prepares Form 990 and submits it to the State Officers for review, signature and filing.
