I submitted the form online to Form 990 Online on November 15, 2021, the due date approved by an extension. It was after 5 pm and I was not aware that the office providing the online filing service closed at 5pm.This is the first year this organization has been required to file electronically. I made every effort possible to meet the November 15 deadline in spite of my mother passing away and my fiance having a serious heart attack in the last three weeks.
