Although I take full responsibility for the lateness, there were some mitigating and extenuating circumstances- I called and sent a FAX to the IRS, regarding where to enter the PPP loan which we received in 2020 because it was not forgiven in 2020. This was not included in the instructions. I received incorrect information or no response to my letter which I sent over 5 months ago. This was also the first time I used the electronic format which I found quite daunting and I was using my personal computer which froze last night right before midnight and went back on line today.
