Explanation:

There was a change in the members of the board and the new members were not aware that the Form 990-PF had to filed electronically. They mailed it in April of 2021 and then received it back from the IRS in late October 2021 with a letter stating that they are required to file electronically. They came to my office in mid December and asked if I could file it electronically for them. It is now being filed electronically and we request that no penalties be assessed due to their lack of knowledge of the requirement.
