Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents	Prior to 2021, the Trust Fund was known as the UA 38 Convalescent Trust Fund (EIN 94-6247191) and provided benefits and services to retirees and the families of UA Local 38 members. The Convalescent Trust Fund was not a recognized tax-exempt entity for federal purposes, but is for State of CA purposes. Effective January 1, 2021, the Trust Fund changed its name to the U.A. Local 38 Konocti Kid's Camp and Recreational Activities Trust Fund and is now a recognized 501(c)(5) organization (EIN 85-4214588)for both federal and state tax purposes.
