Explanation:

The initial 990-EZ form was unknowingly completed in paper form. It was mailed to the IRS. It was received (date stamped) by the IRS on April 15, 2022. On or about September 8, 2022, we received a packet from the IRS with our 990-EZ form returned, informing us it was to be completed electronically. Again, I was not aware that it was supposed to be filed electronically. Therefore, I am submitting it now. Thanks!!
