What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Promote safety at sea; review, distribute and reinforce proper navigation rules as set forth by local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Programs are for the benefit of the membership and general public. The USCO, USCGA, CPD, IL DNR and IN Doc all participate in education programs.
