Our tax exempt status was revoked on 05-15-2020 due to the consecutive non-filing of 990 forms. Our treasurer at the time worked with the IRS to have our status reinstated which it eventually was please see https: apps.irs.gov pub epostcard dl FinalLetter_51-0075537_DARLEYCLUBINC_02192021_00.tif . Our 2021 990-EZ form was then filed in good time but was returned on 8 19 2022 with a note saying our tax exempt status was not current. I called the provided number on 8 26 2022 and spoke with Mr. Carter 100 336 3417. He stated that the reinstatement was indeed approved but hadn't been correctly pushed through. He stated that he had manually pushed it and I would need to refile our 2021 990-EZ once it took effect in 2-4 weeks. I called again on 9 28 2022 as I was still unable to start my 990-EZ and spoke with Mr. Perry 1000196396. He stated that everything looked fine on his end and to give it a few more weeks before trying again. Since then I have continued to try starting t
