Part VI, Line 11b	The 990 is prepared by the State Secretary/Treasurerer. It is emailed to the board for review. The IRS website is also given in the State Paper to encourage membership to go to the website and review the 990.
Part VI, Line 12c	Each officer is required to dislose any direct or indirect potential conflicts of interese when elected or appointed to their positions. The officers are presented with the "Conflict of Interest" policy each year and a signed copy is kept in the office of the State Secretary/Treasurer office.
Part VI, Line 18	It is reported out in our State Paper that anyone an request a copy.
Part VI, Line 19	The Constitution is made available annually at the State Convention. Any changes are reported in the State Paper. They are also made available upon request.
Part VI, Line 1a	These 7 people make up the Board members who have a vote; President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Executive Comm. District 001, 002, 003, 004.
Part VI, Line 6	AR RLCA has five classes of members; Bargaining unit members, Retired members, Associate members, Retired Associate members, Honorary members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Each membership classification of ARRLCA has the following voting rights, as defined by our constitution; Bargaining Unit members-Members in good standing are entitled to all voting rights and to hold both elective and appointed offices at all levels fo the Association. Retired member-Members in good standing are entitled to all voting rights with the exception of ratification of the National Contract. Retired members may no be elected to a National office. Associate members, Retired Associate members, and honorary members shall not be entitled to vote or hold an elective or appointed office.
Part VI, Line 7b	Certain decisions of the governing body are subect to the approval of the ARRLCA members such as constitution changes.
Part VI, Line 8b	Every board meeting and State Convention is documented.
