    1 The Foundations specific purpose is to rescue and provide a safe and reliable home for neglected, needy, homeless or retired horses and other animals. The Foundation intends to rescue and care for unwanted horses and other animals, including those that have been neglected, abused, abandoned or are at risk of going to slaughter. If a horse can be rehabilitated and adopted, the Foundation will find a loving home for them.
