Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	The process for determining compensation for contracted executive director services included obtaining compensation comparability data from the executive search firm and from the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits annual salary survey. The Board's Executive Search Committee and Executive Committee reviewed the data and further shared this information with the full Board of Directors, with the Board determining the contracted amount met MREAs budget goals. Directors were asked to acknowledge any conflicts of interest having undue influence on setting the compensation; none were raised. The full Board unanimously approved the compensation and contract for executive director services.
