Peoria Federation of Support Staff, Local 6099, is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to secure the full trade union rights, including the rights to exclusive recognition and collective bargaining, for all employees who are eligible for membership.

Explanation:

Our organization is a small non-profit entity. The officers have limited time in which to conduct union business, as they hold full time positions. The pandemic has put everything behind. We filed for an extension and our new due date was 7/15/2022. However, because of a change in treasurer, the local's records were not readily accessible causing further delays. The parent organization is working with the new treasurer so that late filings will not occur in the future.
