	The Organization is a joint effort between General Motors Company (GM) and the United Automobile Workers International Union (UAW). The Organization developed, delivered and administered training programs and employee assistance to UAW represented GM employees. In the Oct 2019 Collective bargaining agreement, GM and the UAW ceased all operations under the jurisdiction of the Organization. During 2021 the Organization conducted only those activities relating to the maintenance as well as termination and payment of final contracts, commitments and employee benefit plans. The dissolution of the CHR is still in process, it is expected to be completed by end of year 2023.
