Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The organization is a recreational social club which issues various levels of membership to its members. Each level of membership comes with certain rights and obligations as to the use of the organization's facilities. The various levels of membership include, but are not limited to, resident members, legacy members, and other membership classifications determined by the board of directors. Only fully paid in resident members have voting rights. Social members, weekly members, non-resident members, senior members and other limited members do not have voting rights.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	On an annual basis, the nominating committee shall place in nomination the shareholding members selected. Further nominations of other shareholding members may thereafter be made from the floor for election as directors for ensuing years. Election shall be by ballot and the nominees receiving the highest number of votes for the vacated positions shall be elected directors.
