FISH is a CGIAR Research Program (CRP), led by ICLARM. This program has projects in various countries. The goal of CRP Research Program on Fish Agri-food Systems (FISH) is to achieve sustainable increases in the gender and socially inclusive production and equitable distribution of nutritious fish to improve the livelihoods and nutrition of poor households in priority geographies.

Feed the Future Bangladesh Aquaculture Activity (BAA) is a program under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). BAA's goal is to achieve inclusive aquaculture sector growth through a market system approach. The objectives are increased productivity of aquaculture production systems, strengthened aquaculture market system, with particular attention to expanding opportunities for women and youth and increased awareness and adoption of nutrition-related behaviors, with a particular focus on women and youth.

Return Reference Explanation
Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a WorldFish provides a housing allowance to a maximum determined by the Director General based on the recommendation of the Director of Human Resources and Administration. For audit purposes, staff must provide a copy of the first house rental agreement and for subsequent rental agreement renewal the continued payment of a housing allowance. WorldFish does not reimburse or cover any costs associate with the house rental agreement (rental deposit, utilities deposit, agent fee, admin fee and tenancy agreement stamping fee) nor pay for any furnishings. Global staff who live in their own homes (owned by themselves or jointly with their spouse/partner and/or other family members) are not eligible for a housing allowance. Global staff and their authorized dependent(s) are entitled to home leave flight and travel allowances once in each full year of service after the first twelve months of continuous service at WorldFish. WorldFish provides assistance to staff for the education costs of their authorized dependent children. The allowance is based on actual admissible cost and capped at the annual school fees of the benchmarked international school, as determined by WorldFish at the duty station.

The financial statements of the Center have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRSs") as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board("IASB") and audited by a reputable audit firm, BDO. The Form 990 and its Schedules are prepared and reviewed by qualified accountants. Consultation with the Corporate Services Director and Director General as necessary before final submission by the Global Financial Controller.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c In every governance meeting, Board members are required to declare any potential or actual conflict of interest. Conflict of Interest Policy is included as part of the Director General and top management officials' employment contracts.
