We have just discovered that our tax returns were not filed for 2020 when contacting our CPA for 2021 tax preparation. the CPA firm we used since inception had an major change or lack of staff during and after Covid and unfortunately they did not follow through remitting our tax return electronically. The accountant who we communicated with at that CPA firm started her own firm and has just completed both 2020 and 2021 tax returns for us. We apologize for the late filing due to this unintentional error.
