	The Annual Training Conference is held in-person, to provide education, training, and enrichment to attendees through speakers, workshops, courses and discussions. Due to COVID-19 impacts on calendar year 2020, two (2) training conferences were held in FY22 due to hotel contract obligations. This event was in New Orleans and had a significant expense obligation that resulted in a net negative revenue value of $-36,241.

	The second of two annual training conferences in FY22 was in Austin, TX and contractually had lower expense requirements in addition to an increase in attendees. A marginal net revenue was realize, which compared to prior years was not significant but was not a net loss like New Orleans conference.

	Labor Relations academy courses are structured educational courses that enhance professional skills and build towards a certification opportunity. The Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) is a federally registered course, and though traditionally held in-person, COVID-19 forced all programs to be held virtually. This action drastically reduced operational expenses for the program and provided significant net revenue stream to the association.
