Form 990, Part I, Line 1	Norway and other Nordic countries while providing fraternal insurance benefits to it's members. Through it's local lodges and it's 501(c) 3 charitable foundation, Sons of Norway also provides scholarships and supports community charitable activities.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Sons of Norway is a membership organization. We do not have stockholders.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members elect delegates to the biennial International Lodge meeting. Those delegates elect members of the Board of Directors, the governing body.
