Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	There is an Executive board consisting of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President. There are board members from 3 different regions and there are general members. Member benefits include training and seminars. The general membership votes annually on the slate of officers and Board of Directors members each year
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The general membership votes annually on the slate of officers and Board of Directors members each year. Once the Board is elected, they have authority to approve association business, including amendments to the by-laws, however, that action takes 2/3 majority approval from the Board. In past years by-law amendments required approval by the membership, but this proved to difficult to accomplish, so we changed that process, with majority approval of the membership.

Local chapters branches affiliates Part VI line 10a	NCAA has established three (3) Regional branches to allow for educational meetings on a local level, with reduced costs for members travel and attendance (usually lunch is sponsored), as compared to our larger annual conference. Each Region has a specific Board member assigned to coordinate meetings, who reports back to the full Board at each meeting.
