What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CFA VIRGINIA IS AN ASSOCIATION OF VIRGINIA INVESTMENT PROFESSIONALS. ITS MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF ETHICS, EDUCATION, AND PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE WITHING THE INVESTMENT INDUSTRY.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 THE VIRGINIA CFA SOCIETY HELD NINETEEN LUNCH MEETINGS EACH YEAR FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. THESE MEETINGS INCLUDE SPEAKERS ABOUT CURRENT TOPICS OF IMPORTANCE TO INVESTMENT PROFESSIONALS. THE MEETINGS FACILITATE AN EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG MEMBERS OF THE VIRGINIA INVESTMENT COMMUNITY. DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 11 OF THE MEETINGS WERE HELD VIRTUALLY AND 8 WERE HELD IN PERSON.
