	The Association sells cares for and maintains cemetery lots and graves and provides for the care and maintenance of the real estate on which those lots and graves are located at the Pride of Boston Cemetery in Woburn Massachusetts. The cemetery is over 100 years old and almost completely filled. There was only $51 in grave sale receipts during 2021 and $35 in such receipts during 2020. Such sales have amounted to relatively small amounts or none $17 in 2019 $1,623 om 2018 $17 in 2017 none in 2013 through 2016 in recent years.

	A permanently restricted Perpetual Care Trust Fund is maintained by the Association. That Trust fund is held and managed by BNY Mellon. 2021 revenue dividends and interest earned by that Trust Fund was $38,608 not including $53,285 of realized gains and $14,595 of unrealized losses during the year. BNY Mellon's Trustee's compensation and expenses totaled $12,302 during 2021.

Part VI, Line 3	The Pride of Boston Cemetery is a small cemetery with a 3 person board of trustees all 3 of whom are the officers of the Association. The board has contracted with the Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts JCAM for the last 20 years. JCAM is in charge of the day to day operations of the cemetery. JCAM is paid a fee of $3,000 per year to hire outside contractors to maintain the cemetery its chapel and its lawn. JCAM Is reimbursed by the Pride of Boston Cemetery Association for the bills that JCAM pays to the contractors that work on the cemetery.
Part VI, Line 11b	Each year a copy of Form 990 is made available to members of the Association's Board of Trustees. We have always filed form 990 on a timely basis with the Internal Revenue Service.
Part III, Line Line 4a	\| Explanation:\| The Association is charged an annual management fee of $3,000 by the Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts JCAM to undertake the day to day operations of the Pride of Boston Cemetery. $3,000 was charged to that expense in both 2021 and 2020.
