Global Seafood Alliance formally took over these initiatives during the year. |

To meet the extended filing deadline of November 15, 2022, this tax return is prepared based on information available at this time, and to the best of the organization's knowledge is complete and accurate as currently presented. However, it is being filed with the possibility and even expectation that the potential changes described above will require the filing of an amended return once the reviewed financial statements are completed by an independent public accounting firm. |
