Our chapter submitted all required 990-EZ forms in 2021 and received notice that we were reinstated as an exempt organization 501(c)(6), effective May 15, 2013. We received notice this week that our forms were rejected because we did not check box H. It is our understanding that we are not required to attached Schedule B and have appropriately checked the box in this resubmission. We are a professional organization that focuses on education and the advancement of women in the transportation industry.
